Málaga Airport
How long is the transfer from Málaga Airport to Marbella or Puerto Banús?
Around 45 minutes to central Marbella and the Golden Mile, and around 50 minutes to an hour to Puerto Banús, depending on traffic.
Where do we meet at Málaga Airport?
Your chauffeur waits at the arrivals exit after baggage claim with a name sign, then walks you to the vehicle and helps with your luggage.
Will my chauffeur wait if my flight is delayed?
Yes. Share your flight number when you book: we follow your arrival and your chauffeur adjusts to your actual landing time. 60 minutes of complimentary waiting from landing, then billed per started quarter hour.
Is fast track available?
On request, we can look into priority lanes where the airport allows. Access is set by the airport, and we confirm what is possible with your quote.
Hourly hire
What is included in the 3, 4, 8 or 10 hour hire?
A dedicated chauffeur and vehicle for the length of your package, following your programme and waiting between stops. Your quote details exactly what is included.
Can the chauffeur stay with us for several days?
Yes. For longer stays we can assign the same dedicated chauffeur throughout.
Vehicles
How many passengers and suitcases fit in the V-Class, S-Class and Range Rover?
The Mercedes V-Class welcomes up to 7 passengers. The S-Class and the Range Rover Vogue are suited to smaller parties. For luggage, please tell us the number and size of your suitcases in your request: we confirm the right vehicle, or a second car.
Do you provide baby seats?
Yes, baby seats are available on request. Tell us your children's ages when you request your quote.
Is the E-Class available?
Yes, on request.
Day trips and events
Can you take us to Ronda, Granada or Gibraltar?
Yes. Ronda and Granada are classic day trips from Marbella with a private chauffeur. Gibraltar is available on request.
Do you handle weddings and golf groups with several cars?
Yes. We coordinate several vehicles under one proposal, and work directly with your wedding planner or organiser if you wish.
Booking and quotes
Why are there no prices on the website?
Every journey is different: date, route, vehicle, passengers, timing. We prefer to prepare a personalised quote for each request.
How fast will I receive my quote?
We reply quickly and personally. For a request at short notice, WhatsApp (+33 7 78 78 78 92) is the fastest way to reach us.
What if my plans change?
You receive a full refund up to 48 hours before the service. Your quote confirms the terms of your booking.
Which languages do your chauffeurs speak?
French and English as standard. For another language, just ask: we gladly look into it.
