Data collected through the quote request form

· Identity and contact details: name, email, phone, company where relevant.

· Trip details: dates, times, addresses or places, flight number, number of passengers and bags, special requests.

Purpose and legal basis

Only to answer your request, prepare your quote, perform the service and meet our accounting obligations. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract, legal obligation (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).

Recipients

Our team and the chauffeurs assigned to your service, our hosting provider OVHcloud and our email provider. We never sell your data.

Address search

Text typed in an address field (a hotel, place or street name, never your name, email or phone) is sent to Google (Google Places API, Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) to suggest matching places and fill the full address. Google may process this data outside the EU under the EU standard contractual clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can always type the address by hand.

Retention

Requests that do not lead to a booking: 3 years from the last contact. Service data: for the duration of the service, then 10 years for invoices (French accounting law).

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to contact@royaltwins.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
